Wiiiiiiii… nd!
Almost complete disaster today. I was supposed to finally nail landings to get me closer to my solo. Instead I spent an hour fighting with wind gusts (up to 16mph from 090). To make it even harder Pipers are very sensitive to side gusts, especially when in turn. Add this to higher forces (higher than in C172) on controls and you can get the picture – it was bull ride 2.0

I had a lot of problems working traffic pattern. The wind was blowing me constantly of the track. I definitely need more work here. The upside is that it can’t really get worse than that so I can say that the worst is behind me.
